The Hoji PX is the do-anything-anywhere touring boot. With the all new Hoji Ski/Walk mechanism, this boot is a one mech wonder. The light and pliable Pebax build allows for the Hoji PX to be easily punched and molded to accommodate nearly any foot.
The Hoji Ski/Walk mechanism is a one-lever walk mode that pops you in to a fully free pivot motion, which feels similar to many rando race boots but once locked feels like a true downhill boot. The forward motion is virtually limitless, while the rearward motion is more than enough for even the longest flat approaches. This one buckle system is what allows this to be the do-it-all touring boot. In addition, Dynafit has added Speed Nose technology to deliver a smoother and more natural step when skinning.
The whole reason you need a ski boot is to get down right? Well the Hoji is no stranger to aggressive downhill turns, no matter the conditions. The Hoji offers a smooth transition between uphill and downhill, and maintains it stiffness with very little behind the inner workings.
With the Use of Pebax versus a the Grilamid in the Pro Tour, the Hoji PX has a much more pliable build and can be molded to nearly any shape of foot. The Pebax allows for a slightly softer flex compared to the Grilamid, but still is stiff enough to ski hard day-in, day-out. Coming in at 1530g in size 27, the Hoji PX is light, fast and all you need for your next adventure.
