The Fischer TransAlp line was specifically developed to do simple hut trips in the Alps on a lightweight ski. The TransAlp 82 is generally narrow underfoot with a late rocker tip to ease turn initiation. Its semi-cap construction contributes to the light weight and the partial PU sideway in the center of the ski helps to dampen vibration.
At 82mm underfoot with a 16m turn radius, slight camber and flat tail, the TransAlp 82 will ski short radius turns and have reliable downhill performance after a very lightweight ascent. In summary, the TransAlp 82 is a fantastic resort training ski that is very light going up and won't scare you on the downhill.
This Demo set up comes with a very reliable Dynafit ST Radical binding, brakes and adjustment plates on both the toe and heel. Pomoca Climb 2.0 skins are also included.
Mounted for a boot sole length of approximately 248-338mm.
