The Kastle TX103 is the largest, and many say the most fun ski in the TX lineup. It's generous dimensions make for awesome powder days but it shines in variable snow inbetween storms just as well.

Why We Like the Kastle TX103 Alpine Touring Ski

The TX103 is the absolute sweet spot for backcountry skiing as it perfectly balances hard pack and soft snow performance while remaining impressively lightweight. It's perfect for skiers who love a precise and well-handling ski that feels traditional yet nimble. With a generous spoon and curvy sidecut, it floats in deep snow as well as the big fat skis and turns on a dime. For this reason, you can use it for big powder days yet it's good for all the days in-between too.  Kastle's "hook-free" tips and tails have been tailored for the ideal turn, with pivot points moved slightly towards boot center, allowing for easier turn initiation. Your legs will thank you!

Patented Hollowtech tips are now luminous, for safer skiing if it gets dark on your adventure. They dampen turns up to 30% and balances the skis, which creates a smooth experience you'll be bragging to your friends about. We were impressed last season to experience a freeride ski that felt traditional and playful while weighing in light enough to allow for a big boot to ski on it. Use it with your freeride boots for hefty lines, or your lighter spring boot for longer days of more vertical. We love how versatile the TX103 is, and skiers all over the world would agree. Freshly painted with a hot orange it keeps the classic Kastle style and is ready for action in the snow!

Ask a Question: So, my skis had a sticker on them, but how do I really know that the magic stuff was actually applied to the skis?
    Kastle TX 103

Guys, I don’t know what it is, but these are the slowest skis I’ve ever been on.

I paid for the “No wax necessary” treatment…..maybe it wasn’t actually completed? Good news is, the boots and bindings were great!
