I do about 200,000 vertical feet per year, mostly at ski areas but some in the back country. I find these to be the most versatile of the 4 sets of AT skis I’ve owned. Light on the uphill, skis great on the downhill ski slopes, and not bad in all but the deepest powder.
Kastle TX82 Touring Ski
I have a pair of kaestles that are 85 underfoot and I ski it in ALL conditions. So I asked for a slim and light touring ski as well. I fell in love with it as soon as I got it. It is light weight, turn on a dime. I look forward to many adventure with them.
