The 13mm Dynex Rabbit Runner from Black Diamond is a purpose-built sling for trad, alpine, and ice climbers who want a lighter and less bulky alternative to a standard sewn runner. At 35 grams and 110cm long, it cuts rack weight without compromising the 22 kN strength rating required for load-bearing protection. The two-pocket design is the functional core of the product: a 26mm tight pocket locks a carabiner in position to prevent rotation and gate-loading during clipping, while a 72mm open pocket allows fast girth-hitching around horns, threads, or natural anchors.
