Tech Specs

Ultralight Backcountry Touring Splitboard

The Ultra Stratos Split, with its ultralight construction, tapered directional freeride shape, and energetic freestyle board feel is designed to take your backcountry capabilities to the next level. Perfect for any challenge, from big technical objectives to all-day lapping, this multi-tool is ready to take your riding to new heights.

Built for Floatation and Maneuverability

If you are looking for an all-mountain board with more camber and better turning radius than your Solution, the Ultra Stratos delivers. The 3D contoured base keep you afloat when POW settles in deep. The fusion carbon construction keeps the weight down while providing riders with a lovely mid-stiff flex that can handle speed but still feel nimble when carving at slower speeds.

Solid Board Performance in a Touring Package

The Jones Ultra Stratos is equipped with Karakoram's top of top-of-the-line 3CV ultra clips that provide the best tension in splitboarding and providing that solid board downhill performance. We love that this board is setback 2cm with 1cm of taper in the tail. With a generous sidecut, this board will have you carving deep toe and heel side turns, and wanting to hike another line for more.

Go Farther and Deeper in the Backcountry

If you're tired of your current all-mountain setup or simply looking for a quiver of one upgrade, this is the splitboard that delivers. The Stratos is one of our favorite shapes for riders looking to advance their skills and go deeper and bigger in the backcountry.
