Redesigned from the previous Speed/Speedfit binding, the Dynafit Blacklight Alpine Touring Binding sheds weight and boosts touring and ski performance. At 280g and with an expanded DIN range of 5-12 (compared with 310g / 5-10 DIN in the Speedfit), the Blacklight binding offers added comfort and confidence on the up and the down. A complete redesign of the heel riser feature rounds out this package, with increased retention in ‘flat’ mode and the ease-of-use you’ve come to expect from Dynafit when the skin track steepens, just a flick of your pole away.
Able to accommodate a range of brake widths, this binding can pair with most all-mountain width skis. A crampon slot easily accepts any Dynafit crampon size, the ice breaker pins help protect from buildup and increase security, and the bayonet lock heel step in improves downhill responsiveness and power transfer from boot to ski.
