The Contour Hybrid Mix climbing skin has a mohair plush that ensures maximum durability and good glide performance. The hybrid adhesive technology makes them super easy to put on and take off.
The tail clip sits flush, even on rounded ski tails. For tails that are thicker than 5 mm we recommend using the ‘wide’ tail clip. These skins come with a Hybrid skin cutting tool for an easy custom trim to your skis.
I have been out on them 3 times and they worked very well.
Only been out on them once, in about 8 inches of new back-country powder in the Central Rocky Mountains, and they performed splendidly. Looking forward to future powder days in the back country.
