The Women's La Sportiva Kilo Alpine Touring Boot was crafted for the ultimate blend of comfort, stability and ease of use for big days in the backcountry. This boot prioritizes lightness for the uphill climbs (weighing only 915 grams per boot), yet it does not compromise stable performance in the downhill. The shell and cuff are crafted from Grilamid Bio-Based LF Carbon™, a light, rigid material that creates a stiff flex without piling on extra weight. This boot has a Tilt-Lock ski/walk mechanism that is easy to use and reliable, as well as a WarmSole Insert that can be added to keep your feet warm in colder temps or removed for breathability during warmer spring temps.
The innovative Force™ shell closure system enables precise control and adjustment of the fit for optimal comfort for both climbing and descending. The leg closure hook is user-friendly, and the Force™ Power Buckle supports aggressive downhill skiing.
