A polyurethane shell punches less readily than a Grilamid one, a tough engineering nylon, and holds heat differently, so shell work should be done by a fitter who knows the material. Plan on molding the Intuition Pro Flex Touring liner, a heat-moldable foam liner, to set heel hold.
