Simplified yet impressively capable, the Specialized Rockhopper is the ideal choice for beginner to intermediate riders, off-road commuters, and cross-country aficionados looking for a lightweight hardtail.

The Rockhopper’s premium aluminum frame features many build options optimized to offer a reliable and efficient riding experience in a range of frame and wheel sizes: frame sizing include XXS-XXL; wheel sizes include 26”, 27.5”, and 29”. All frames, components, and suspension are tuned to offer a consistent level of performance across the spectrum of sizing.

The Rockhopper features 100mm of suspension on 29” bikes, 90mm on 27.5” bikes, and 80mm on 26” bikes. A coil spring fork or air fork (depending on the build kit selected) adds the right amount of compliance to navigate rugged paths and bumpy trails. All suspension kits are custom RX tuned to offer the best performance possible for riders new to the trails and XC chargers. The Rockhopper offers an efficient ride on smooth-flow trails and rugged commuting paths but can tackle beginner to intermediate features.
