Surprisingly good on the frontside

I mounted a pair of these on a pair of Volkl Kendos, some would say a strange choice considering the Kendo isn’t exactly the lightest ski on the market and it’s a bit narrow. But, they were the only pair of ntn bindings I had that weren’t mounted at the time and I figured they’re unlikely to pull out of a metal top sheet, so I went for it. Boy was I surprised. I thought I might see a performance deficit as compared to heavier ntn bindings but, to the contrary, I think this is my new favorite binding. Period. I’d put them on everything but they’re not the best for working (I’m a patroller) since it does take a bit longer to get them on vs. a Rotafella or OutlawX. That’s really my only complaint. I especially like how active it feels with the rearward pivot point option.
