Description

The Dynafit TLT X PU Boot expands the TLT X lineup with a slightly more progressive, damper, and more durable version of the TLT X released last season. Made from slightly heavier polyurethane (rather than the slightly harsher Grilamid found in many other touring boots) the TLT X PU promises to bring the beloved TLT X design to skiers seeking a slightly softer, more forgiving boot at a lower price point.

Tech Specs

The Dynafit TLT X PU offers the same fit and features as the standard TLT X but with a revised construction. Composed of polyurethane, the material most commonly found in alpine ski boots, the TLT X PU offers a slightly damper ride and a more progressive flex pattern, albeit with a slight weight penalty. With a weight of 1140g and 60 degrees of cuff rotation, the Dynafit TLT X PU Boot is still plenty light enough for everything from fitness laps at the resort to huge days in the backcountry. But its polyurethane build provides a durable and stable experience on steep descents.

All of the same features we fell in love with about the TLT X last year are still present and accounted for. The Twistfit closure allows for fast, customizable adjustment, with a cable wrapping around the cuff to guarantee a secure fit across the instep and heel. The Ultralock 5.0 reduces the transition process to just one fast and easy movement, and the toe lug accommodates a fully automatic crampon. The Dynafit TLT X PU Boot blends light weight with performance, providing a balance between uphill speed and downhill confidence.
