  • Description

    Tech Specs

Introducing the all-new ATK Freeraider 15 Evo Touring Binding. The Freeraider has been well known for the past few seasons as the ultimate in freeride performance in the backcountry, but now ATK has made some game-changing upgrades. The result is a binding that skis even harder and transitions easier.

The heel tower has the same CAM RELEASE and ELASTIC RESPONSE system as seen in years past, which provides the most stable and downhill performance on the market, extremely precise release, and the softest heel step-in of the industry. In the latest version, ATK has gotten rid of the manual push lock of the brake. The new brakes are now auto-locking, making transitions that much faster.

The biggest story in the new ATK Freeraider 15 Evo is in the toe piece! ATK has built a tech toe piece that has an adjustable release value. This translates to better release and retention performance and better elasticity. In plain English, this binding will charge harder and can be pushed further than any other in its weight category!

The Freeride spaces still come standard with the Freerider. The release value range is from 7-15. It still has the magnetic dual heel-risers we've all come to love. All these features make this a very easy binding to use for skiers of all ski levels, but the Freeraider was definitely built to meet the demands of the hardest charging freeriders in the backcountry!
