Black Diamond Long Haul Harness

A heavily padded big wall harness built for aid climbers and El Cap candidates spending nights hanging in the harness, the Black Diamond Long Haul Harness loads up the waist and legs with comfort padding that thinner all-around harnesses cannot support over a multi-day push. Five molded gear loops carry a full aid rack of cams, pitons, and free climbing pieces around the waist, and a rated haul loop accepts a haul line directly to the back of the harness rather than through a free-floating sling. Two seamless Dyneema Infinity belay loops give the leader and the second dedicated tie-in points so wear concentrates on neither one. Quick-drop adjustable leg loops allow the harness to come off without unclipping the rack, and ice clipper slots accept screws on alpine big walls. At 615 grams in size large, the Long Haul is the appropriate harness for aid climbers and big wall newcomers spending consecutive nights on the wall.
