The Offset Stopper from Black Diamond was purpose-built for placements that reject a symmetrical nut: pin scars, flared crack features, and non-parallel fissures where standard contact geometry doesn't generate a reliable hold. Each stopper is hot forged with an offset contact area that seats reliably in irregular cracks during both free climbing and aid climbing, and the sizing is anodized and color-coded to match the standard Stopper system for fast rack identification. Galvanized steel cables handle the load, and the range spans micro sizes 1 through 6 for thin placements and full sizes 7 through 11 for wider crack features.
