The Continental Kryptotal Front 29x2.40 Soft Downhill Casing is a tubeless mountain bike tire for downhill and gravity riders who need a confident front tread. The Downhill casing stacks four sidewall and six tread layers over a folding aramid bead with a butyl insert, plus tread and sidewall protection and Tubeless Ready (TR) construction.

The Soft BlackChili gravity compound holds grip on steep, technical lines, and the E25 rating clears it for e-bike use up to 25 km/h assist. In 29x2.40 (60-622) it runs to 51 psi at a claimed 1290g.

A Soft compound over the multi-layer Downhill casing gives front-end bite and impact protection for gravity terrain.
