Size to the shell, not to a street-shoe number: the 21.5 is built on the same shell as the 22.5 with a thinner liner, so check the boot sole length chart before buying. The boot is soft and not built for aggressive driving, so heavier or expert adults with small feet should look at a stiffer option like the Scarpa F1 in a 21.5 or 22 shell instead.
