The Hestra Ergo Grip HDry Short is a men's five-finger mountaineering glove built for mixed climbing and high alpine terrain across spring, summer, and fall. A goat leather palm reinforced with Duratan synthetic at the thumb and index finger resists rope friction, while a Hestra Ventus backhand, a 4-way stretch polyester, nylon, and polyurethane weave, moves with the hand. A laminated HDry® membrane blocks water while venting moisture, and a thin brushed polyester fleece lining adds light warmth without bulk. A neoprene cuff with a Velcro closure seals out snow and spindrift, and a wrist strap plus a harness loop keep the glove attached and ready between pitches. Short cuff length trims bulk under a jacket sleeve for technical movement.
