Ideal for both single and multi-pitch climbs and mountaineering objectives, the Petzl REVERSO Belay Device is a lightweight device allowing for both belaying and rappelling. Its design lets the rope glide smoothly, minimizing friction and thus reducing wear on the device. The V-shaped friction grooves enable controlled braking, with rope installation guides aiding in quick set-up and reset. The Reverso mode allows for use with one or two strands and is able to belay one or two followers from the anchor with assisted braking. Lightweight and durable, the Petzl Reverso Belay Device is compatible with most rope diameters: single 8.5 to 10.5 mm, half 7.1 to 9.2 mm, and twin 6.9 to 9.2 mm.
