Santa Cruz Blur 5 CC 29 27 RSV GX AXS Kit-Race

Santa Cruz builds the Blur 5 in two flavors and this is the race version: a longer 60 mm stem, a flat bar, a remote shock lockout, and faster-rolling tires. If you are pinning numbers on, this is the one. The chassis is the same 120 mm front and rear platform as the standard build, with a 66-degree head angle, 75-degree effective seat angle, and 475 mm of reach on a large, all scaled proportionally across sizes.

The suspension change is the real story of this generation. More travel than the outgoing Blur with no weight cost, a leverage curve with more mid-stroke support for pedaling efficiency, and progressive ramp-up near bottom-out. CC carbon is now the only frame grade offered, and it carries no rider weight limit and a lifetime warranty on the frame, pivot bearings, and Reserve rims. This build pairs SRAM GX AXS wireless shifting with Reserve carbon wheels. Glovebox 2 storage, a threaded bottom bracket, and a UDH hanger are standard.
