The Spark R&D Surge Pro Splitboard Bindings (2022) are the first generation of Surge Pro bindings. This offers riders a lighter, faster, stronger binding from Spark R&D's original Surge bindings. The full metal baseplate offers more energy transfer from the binding leading to more powerful carves. Dig your edges in deeper with the Spark Sure Pro.
The release of the Surge Pro's gives riders a pro model that they can't destroy. The 7075 aluminum heel loop allows it to be thinner, lighter, yet even stronger. The hollowed out aluminum set screws offer you an extra 20% savings on weight. The Surge comes with the stiffest injection-molded carbon-reinforced highback for those who like stiff bindings.
You want a set of Surge Pro St bindings if you want the stiffest performance binding but are willing to spend a bit more to keep the setup light weight for longer and deeper backcountry tours.
