The Turbo Como 4.0 is the most relaxed bike in Specialized's Turbo line and it is unapologetic about it. The E5 aluminum step-through frame and upright riding position take pressure off your hands, wrists, and lower back, which is the difference between a bike that gets ridden and one that sits in the garage. Specialized's Turbo Full Power 2.0 motor produces 70 Nm and amplifies your pedaling power up to four times, and the 710 Wh integrated battery is rated up to 90 miles in Eco mode. In the US it is a Class 3 bike.

Comfort is engineered in rather than bolted on. An 80 mm SR Suntour fork with lockout, a suspension seatpost with 40 mm of travel, and 27.5 by 2.3 inch Hemisphere tires with flat protection handle rough pavement together. DRYTECH fenders, integrated LED lights, a chainguard, a kickstand, and an HD rack rated for 27 kg and compatible with child seats all come fitted, and the bike is rated to pull a thru-axle trailer. Shimano CUES runs 9 speeds with an 11-41T cassette and Shimano hydraulic discs handle braking. The MasterMind display includes a motor lock that requires your PIN to re-enable.
