The ultimate splitboard for extreme terrain, the Weston Ridgeline Carbon Splitboard weighs up to 33% less than the traditional model while still providing the strength and response needed to tackle big mountain riding. A combination of eco-friendly light wood poplar, paulownia, and bamboo insert reinforcements gives you a board that won't weigh you down. Enjoy reliable pop, dampening, and power on your next tour.

As with all our splitboards, we shift the touring bracket forward to make kick-turns a breeze and on this model we utilize active latching Karakoram UltraClips 2.0, installed with our holeless base technology, to help create the most responsive ride.

Favorite Deck in the Lineup So far

The gram shavings in this board translates to longer days in my opinion with less weight underfoot. I transitioned from the freeride to the carbon version this past season and the biggest takeaway is that it handles most conditions very well. Due to the nature of the carbon inserts, it seems to translate the chatter through the board more than the freeride version. Most noticeable when charging through hardpack and high traffic/tracked out zones.

I have both versions and I find myself using the Carbon Ridgeline as my daily driver since I tend to plan my days around steep pow and I'm always hungry for more vert. One of my favorite moments was wall riding a steep vertical wind slab off a 13er in Colorado. The Carbon ridgeline turns well, keeps you moving through pow, and skins uphill just as well if not better than the freeride version.

This board is solid. Really stiff in the right ways, little chatter when ur bombing outta chutes. Pretty light to, can definitely tell a difference between it and my non carbon. Highly recommend

Lightweight and Nimble

I have ridden the standard Ridgeline in the past and was incredibly impressed with its durability and performance. The only thing missing was that sweet-sweet carbon fiber. This thing shreds and can ride any terrain you step into.

The only way to review the ridgeline was to make a carbon. This is the most dependable board and shape ive been on. Im looking foreward to putting the carbon version to the test this spring. The original is my favorite Eastern Sierra shape.

My absolute favourite

I've been splitboarding a ton every winter for the last 13 years or so...and have never ridden a board that I like as much as this one. Very light. The stiffness helps with predictability and edge hold (both uphill and downhill), but somehow it still feels playful. Forward mounted touring inserts make the tips naturally rise during kick turns with no effort at all. This thing has more than enough float in the deep snow I usually ride (I mount the bindings back a hair), but has a versatile shape that's at home in basically any conditions. I will probably ride this board for 100% of my days this season, both guiding and recreating. It's as good as it gets!

Taking the Ridgeline to the next level

I picked up the Ridgeline Carbon this season and can't wait to ride it. I have the non-carbon Ridgeline and it rips. I can only imagine the Carbon version will take it to the next level. I'll update my review once I get some runs on the Carbon. Super pumped, let it snow!
