Scarpa F1 LT W
The Scarpa F1 LT W is a 915 g (size 25) women's ski mountaineering boot with a 100 mm last, a stiff 100-flex feel, and a pin-tech-only Vibram UFO RS touring sole, built for women who want race-boot weight and walking with enough shell to drive an 85 to 100 mm ski. Why We Like It
- At 915 g per boot (size 25), the F1 LT W tours at race-boot weight while skiing far better than most boots that light.
- A lower, scalloped women's cuff improves fit for a lower calf without giving up support.
- The 72-degree range of motion gives a long, low-friction stride for skinning, bootpacking and scrambling.
- The Carbon Grilamid LFT shell and cuff hold a stiff, wall-like flex that drives skis up to 100 mm in firm snow.
- The BOA forefoot dial micro-adjusts fit on the fly and seals a narrow foot evenly.
- Three forward-lean settings of 9, 11 and 13 degrees, plus a removable liner spoiler, let skiers tune stance within the boot.
Best Uses
- Ski mountaineering and technical objectives
- Long, high-vertical tour days
- Fast-and-light spring missions and traverses
- Touring skis 85 to 100 mm underfoot
- Women with narrow, low-volume feet
Bootfitter's Advice
The Scarpa F1 LT W fits as a low-volume boot on a 100 mm last, narrow through the forefoot with a low instep, a secure heel and a women's cuff that sits lower and scallops for a lower calf. We size it close to true Mondo and confirm with a shell fit; Scarpa builds full sizes only, sharing a shell with the half size above.
The carbon-infused Grilamid lower does not punch well, so women with wide forefeet, sixth-toe or bunion areas, or high insteps should plan on a careful shell fit or look at a punchable boot. The stock liner heat-molds and adds toe room, and the thin build packs out over time, so cold-footed skiers often add a warmer aftermarket liner.

Compare the Scarpa F1 LT W
F1 LT W vs. Scarpa F1 W

The women's F1 LT shares the unisex 100 mm lower and 72-degree range of motion but adds a lower, scalloped cuff and a smaller size run for a lower calf. Women who found the taller unisex cuff uncomfortable usually fit the F1 LT W better.
