Cripple Creek is now a 4 season outfitter specializing in uphill skiing/splitboarding in the winter, and everything cycling in the summer. We are hiring for all aspects of the business from online and social media marketing to retail sales and shop techs.

Ski and Splitboard Shop Technician

$19-$24/hr

Location: Carbondale, Highlands


We are looking for motivated, detail oriented, and mechanically inclined individuals to join our shop tech team at multiple locations. Ideally, candidates will come with experience on the mounting bench, but we are happy to consider those with no experience so long as you are mechanically inclined and eager to learn!

Ski Touring and Splitboard Sales

$21-$26/hr

Location: Carbondale, Highlands

We are looking for aspiring ski touring or splitboarding experts at each of our locations. Our experts are responsible for all areas of customer service from in-person retail to online sales and knowledge. An intense desire to learn and an affinity toward gear nerding are a must. No previous retail experience is necessary, just an excitement for equipping new skiers and snowboards with the right gear for their new life changing experience.

Rental Technician

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

$18-$22/hr

Location: Basalt Bike and Ski, Willits

We are searching for a group of diverse individuals to work in our service and rental shop who are passionate about our culture, the outdoors, and crafting exceptional experience for our guests. They will contribute to a team that is responsible for the store’s success through customer service, community engagement, and naturally striving to provide authentic and friendly customer experiences for all.

Scheduling Requirements:

  • This is a seasonal position with weekend and holiday scheduling requirements.
  • Weekend availability is essential, as well as the ability to work during peak holiday periods.
  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
