Free Shipping

  • We are happy to offer free economy ground shipping on all orders exceeding $100 to the lower 48 states.
  • *Certain items requiring additional shipping and handling do not qualify.

Estimated Shipping Timelines

  • Most orders are shipped out the following day unless orders are placed before 8am MST. There are many exceptions to this including orders that involve shop work, and orders placed during the holiday/busy season. The time it takes to do the shop work and the quantity of orders may affect shipping times.
  • All orders will be handled in a timely manner in the order they come in. If you would like to purchase faster shipping and handling, the options are available at checkout.
  • Delivery days and times are estimates and therefore subject to change. We try our best to accommodate an assortment of needs, but there are times when we cannot control the weather, shipping carriers, holidays, natural disasters, and pandemics.
  • Next Day Air and Expedited orders must be placed before 8:00 am MST Monday - Friday, in order to guarantee same day shipment. Expedited Orders received after 8am on Friday will be shipped the next available business day. Please call us 970-510-0450 if you need to make special arrangements.

International Shipping

  • We are happy to ship items internationally. These orders do not qualify for “free shipping” on orders over $100. You can select your shipping carrier and speed at checkout.
  • CCBC's Shipping fees do not include duties, fees, taxes, and carrier fees. These charges are inevitable, and you will be contacted once your item gets to your country’s customs by the carrier.
  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping expenses that are associated with sending products back to the US.
  • We ship items internationally with UPS, Fedex and USPS.

Shipment Protection

  • Sometimes things happen between the time a package leaves our warehouse and arrives at your door. To give you peace of mind, we offer Shipment Protection for your order.
  • Shipment Protection covers items lost or damaged during transit. If you selected Shipment Protection at checkout and have experienced an issue with your delivery, please initiate the claims process here. We will be in touch to find the best course of resolution for your order.
  • For shipments that appear to be lost in transit, please wait 7 days from the original expected delivery date prior to filing a claim.
  • If you are filing a claim for a stolen shipment, for the claim to be considered it is required that "Signature at Delivery" was selected as a shipping option, and that you have filed a police report with your local police department.
  • Shipment Protection is only available in the Contiguous United States.
