I didnt know that the Bindings didnt include the puck AND tomorrow I cant Snowboard with the new Bindings. No specs explaining this situación no the web
Ended up spending more than planned for shipping so cost me more than the local shops here. Other wise Jones have great splits
Everything was above and beyond, the guy that helped was friendly and knowledgeable....but the skins I received don’t really fit my board. I had to do a lot of modifications to make work. I know a lot of product was sold out so you did the best you could do. However I wish I had a better skin setup.
The guys at Cripple Creek really sorted out this hoser up in Canada with some sick gear this year. Loving the setup (board, bindings, safety gear) they picked out for me given I couldn’t really get into the shop to see for myself. Awesome crew. Keep up the great work
They help size me up, ordered the board and kept me updated while on backorder. I will be going to them in the future
This thing rips, on icy pre-season conditions in tight woods the Jones Solution was a blessing to have as it held an edge and responded quickly. On a steep icy crossing, the shape of the board allowed me to traverse switch, using my toeside edge to hold the traverse rather than my heel. In multi-layer powder the setback stance kept me stable while the nose profile sufficiently surfed the snow. All in all, a serious backcountry tool.
I just had a chance to christen my Jones Solution yesterday by uphilling Snowmass from the Mall to the Big Burn. The board made the trip up hill enjoyable, it has a great amount of flex when in deep snow, and the skins (also from Jones) were magical as I floated to the top. The ride down was a little rough, but I think that was more due to the sore bones and muscles than the board itself. Transitioning was relatively seamless, although snow had to be cleared from the edges and bindings a few times before it connected. Overall, a great board and great experience!
