Micro Traxion a Classic Solution These Days

Hard to beat the Micro Traxion for simplifying crevasse rescue in alpine climbing. Super easy, smooth, and reliable.

Crevasse Rescue Friend

This little guy will be a big friend in any crevasse rescue situation. The reduced friction and simplicity of a progress capture pully go a long ways to make setting up complex rescue systems a little bit easier and therefore more efficient. If you want to use it for some light hauling on a multipitch as it will work just fine for that as well. Get two of them and do some toprope soloing (with proper instruction of course). Many uses for such a small and lightweight item. Just don't use it for ziplines, you'll ruin it (ask if you want to know the story).
