The Scarpa F1 Women's boot is a classic alpine touring option for fast and light endeavors. This boot blends together both downhill and uphill centric design features in order to create a touring boot that can keep a smile on your face throughout the entire day. The F1's use a boa closure on the lower shell for a snug and accurate fit on the forefoot. The upper cuff uses a velcro buckle plus velcro cuff strap for convenient and fast adjustment. This combined closure system allows you to tailor your fit for max comfort - for both uphill and downhill skiing. Paired with the famous (for good reason) Intuition Pro Flex Evo liner, the F1 can be tailored into small, perfectly-fit sanctuaries for your feet.
The F1 Women's touring boot varies from its masculine counterpart by having a shorter cuff and different forefoot shape to better accommodate female snow-shredding needs. There are a few key updates for this year's (20/21) F1 Women's boot. The first being a color change to galaxy-esque Anthracite/Aqua - it looks rad and we at CCBC approve. The second being a thoughtful update on the tongue flap. This update helps with taking the boot on and off. Past versions of the F1 (both male and female) had problems with the interaction of the tongue and shell, and this design change is aimed to remedy that issue. The added flap will make stepping into the boot far easier and improve overall boot durability. It's great to see Scarpa slowly improving an already great light touring boot.
All in all, the F1 Women's touring boot is a comfortable, high-performance option for backcountry skiing. Make your feet happy, thus making you happy, thus skiing with more smiles by grabbing a pair of F1 Women's boots.

I am hoping to get more familiar with these boots. They are much softer than what I am used to and hope that I purchased the right boot for me. Not sure how they compare to a race boot which is what I am used to but like I said I haven't mastered them yet.
We have been out 6 times since making our purchase and could not be happier! The boots are easy to get on and off, and more importantly so easy to adjust for the uphill and downhill and my feet have been warm, but not hot on the climb or cold on the downhill! They are perfect for our adventures. Could not be happier. The team at Cripple Creek Backcountry were OUSTANDING in getting me fitted for my equipment...all of which works great. Thank you. We love everything we ended up with
Went out the first day and it was perfect. Thanks for the great fit!
The boots worked good! I've only used them once so far but like them so far. Though I love the skis and bindings they were my favorite part! :)
