Salomon QST 100 Alpine Ski
The Salomon QST 100 Alpine Ski is a playful freeride ski for skiers who want one 100 mm ski for powder, trees and chopped-up snow. Salomon builds the 25/26 QST 100 on a full poplar woodcore with basalt fibers, a fiberglass laminate and titanal only at the binding, so the ski stays light and lively with metal where the binding needs it. At 134-100-122 mm and 1,880 g per ski in the 180, with a 17.5 m radius, the QST 100 is Salomon's most playful QST and a daily driver for the whole mountain.

- Basalt fibers in the layup add damping without much weight.
- A 17.5 m radius in the 180 turns readily in trees and still holds a line.
- Rocker, camber, rocker makes it easy to pivot and float.

- Sidecountry with a touring binding
Ski Selection Advice
The Salomon QST 100 Alpine Ski comes in 148, 156, 164, 172, 180 and 188 cm. Rocker makes it ski a touch short; most skiers size near or a little above their height.
Mount any alpine binding, or a frame or hybrid touring binding for sidecountry. Choose a brake wider than the 100 mm waist.
