Tech Specs
Dynafit Radical Pro Ski Touring Boot Women’s
The Dynafit Radical Pro Ski Touring Boot Women’s is the downhill-oriented all-rounder in the Dynafit line, built around the Hoji Lock system that closes the cuff, the buckle and the power strap with one lever. Dynafit rebuilt it for this season, and the shell runs a 103.5 mm last, which is among the roomier platforms in ski touring and the reason we fit it on feet that narrower boots pinch. At 1,270 g per boot in a 24 with a Vibram sole certified to ISO 9523 and Quick Step In fittings, it tours on pin bindings and still drops into a frame or MNC binding.

Why We Like It
- The Hoji Lock closes the cuff buckle and the Ultra Lock Strap together on one lever, so a transition is a single movement rather than three.
- Dynafit describes this generation as more progressive in flex both uphill and downhill, and the Driving Spoiler 2.0 slides inside the cuff rather than blocking rotation.
- A Vibram sole with traction lugs replaces the outsole used on the previous generation, which matters on rocky approaches and bootpacks.
- At 1,270 g per boot in a 24 it stays in touring territory while carrying a full ISO 9523 sole that also runs frame and MNC bindings.
Best Uses
- All-mountain ski touring on skis 90 to 105 mm underfoot
- Days that mix long climbs with demanding descents
- Skiers who transition often and want one-lever handling
- High-volume feet that narrower shells pinch
Bootfitter's Advice
The Dynafit Radical Pro Ski Touring Boot Women’s fits as a high-volume boot on a 103.5 mm last, wide through the forefoot and generous over the instep. That is a genuine advantage for feet that get pinched elsewhere, and the cuff leaves room for fuller calves. The heel pocket is medium rather than wide, so a wide forefoot paired with a narrower heel often holds well after a liner mold, but narrow feet overall will move in the forefoot in ways that are difficult to resolve. Size with a shell fit rather than converting from a street-shoe number.
Most fit work on a shell this roomy is about removing volume rather than adding it, so we start with the bootboard and the liner before touching the shell. The liner is heat-moldable.
