The Crankbrothers Mallet 3 is a clip-in platform pedal for enduro and trail riders who want cleated retention with the support of a wide body. The four-sided entry clips in quickly in rough terrain, and 6 adjustable pins per side add grip when a foot comes unclipped.

The aluminum platform surrounds a Crankbrothers Eggbeater-style mechanism with 6 degrees of float and a 15 or 20 degree release angle depending on cleat. Brass cleats are included, and the pair weighs 499g, a supportive clipless platform for aggressive trail riding.
