Description
Moment Wildcat 108 Ski, a 134-108-127 mm mustache rocker freeride ski at 2,000 g per ski (179 cm), with camber underfoot, a 21.5 m to 25 m radius and a 6 cm mount point.
Moment Wildcat 108 Ski
The Moment Wildcat 108 is a playful freeride ski for skiers who ski terrain rather than lines, and who want a ski that pivots and slashes instead of one that only arcs. A 134-108-127 mm shape on Mustache Rocker keeps camber underfoot for edge hold while rockering both ends, which is what makes it loose in trees without giving up grip on a firm runout. At 2,000 g per ski in a 179 on a poplar and ash core it is a resort ski, damp enough to stomp landings and heavy enough that long climbs belong to the Tour version.

Why We Like It
- Mustache Rocker rockers both ends but keeps camber underfoot, so the ski breaks loose on demand and still holds an edge on an icy runout.
- A poplar and ash core is damper than the paulownia in the Tour version, which is what lets it absorb landings rather than deflecting.
- At 108 mm underfoot with a 134 mm shovel it floats soft snow while staying quick enough edge to edge for tight terrain.
- The published mount at 6 cm behind true centre is what gives the ski its centred, playful feel rather than a directional one.
Best Uses
- Trees, side hits and natural features
- Soft snow days at a resort
- Hot laps where quickness matters more than top speed
- A one-ski resort quiver in a soft-snow winter
Ski Specialist's Advice
Size the Wildcat 108 by how you ski rather than by height. The shape is constant across the run, so a shorter ski is quicker rather than softer: 1,300 mm of effective edge in a 164 against 1,560 mm in a 190. Skiers who spin and butter should size down, skiers who straight-line should size up.
Mount at Moment’s line, 6 cm behind true centre. This is the ski where that matters most: moving the mount rearward makes it directional and removes the loose, centred feel it is built around. Brakes should match the 108 mm waist.
