The Pinarello F7 SRAM Force AXS, a competition road bike built for riders who want proven race geometry without stepping up to the Dogma F platform, runs a TorayCa T900 UD carbon frame tuned for the right balance of reactivity, vibration damping, and weight for racing. The asymmetric frame construction addresses a straightforward mechanical reality: pedaling thrust is equal on both sides, but chain pull acts on the right side only. Pinarello builds each frame to compensate for that imbalance, producing more neutral handling under load. The Onda fork, a Pinarello design that has been in production since 2000, contributes precise steering input alongside a measurable reduction in longitudinal and lateral shock transmission, which matters on rougher road surfaces over longer efforts.
SRAM Force AXS wireless electronic shifting handles the drivetrain, bringing reliable 12-speed performance without the mechanical complexity of cables. The F7's competition geometry positions it as an all-round race frame, capable on climbs and stable at speed on descents, making it a practical choice for riders who race crits one weekend and gran fondos the next without having to maintain two bikes.
