Bootfitter's Advice
The TX Comp 2.0 shares the TX Pro lower shell, so it fits as a medium-volume telemark boot on a 102mm last, slightly wider than Scarpa's alpine touring boots but not as wide as a Scott or Garmont tele shell. After fitting these, we find most skiers take their true Scarpa shell size; the stiffer cuff and firmer liner make heel hold and shin contact more precise, which rewards a dialed fit. Confirm size with a shell fit rather than converting from a street-shoe number.
The Pebax shell punches and grinds well everywhere except the bellows over the forefoot, which is common to all telemark boots and cannot be modified. The Intuition 4Pro Flex TK Comp liner is firmer than the TX Pro liner and heat-moldable, so we mold it to lock in the heel for aggressive skiing. One binding note: the TX Comp requires a mandatory update to run on pre-2025 22 Designs Lynx bindings, so confirm your Lynx binding is current before skiing.
