We all know that tele skiers can be quite a vocal backcountry community. They are the few and the proud; the last people standing, or dropping the knee as it were and "freeing the heel" and all that. They can also be vocal about great gear and one item that comes up in conversations with tele aficionados is the Scarpa TX Pro NTN boot. Designed for both backcountry styles; NTN and Dynafit, these boots feature the stiffness and responsiveness of a tele boot with some of the weight savings from the Dynafit tech world and have tech fittings. The telemark bellows allows for great tourability and a 4 buckle design allows for the most power transfer. These boots come with Scarpa's world class Intuition liner which, if you don't know, adds amazing stiffness, warmth, and comfort to any boot. They are made out of pebax and have a  vibram sole. Use these boots to keep the dream alive.

Scarpa TX PRO - Tried and true!

Great boot. Wish there were more options out there (especially lighter options!) for the tele tech world, but I'm happy for now to have at least one good boot. I skied an old version of the TX for about 10yrs and look forward to the next 10 in this boot.

Great boot if it fits

Nice looking boot, lightweight, fit length is true to size, and the middle buckle does a great job pushing your heel down in the heel cup. This fits best if you have a low volume foot. High instep and very wide will feel pressure.

Just some splitter boots. Got them in record time. Drop knees not bombs, and thanks to the fine folks at cripple creek backcountry for getting the boots to me so quick. Gonna go drop a quick knee there once

I love the boots. They're the best part of the new gear so far. I'm getting used to the new bindings and skis. They're different from my old setup, bit really fun! I need to get some lift served laps, but COVID19 be damned, I'll hike for turns!
