I have used the snowshoes 2 times. After the first time I used the snowshoes on a hike, the red paint chipped a great deal on the outer framing on both snowshoes. I was very surprised and disappointed to see this especially since I paid a great deal for the shoes. I know it is only cosmetic but it makes me a little nervous that something else might go wrong.
