Easy 30 day returns!
We want to you to be totally stoked with your new gear from Basalt Bikes! We glad to accept returns gear that is in new and unused condition within 30 days of shipment or purchase in store.
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns must be in new condition with all original packaging and your receipt.
- Bikes may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery (shipping and re-stocking fees may apply).
- Gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or receiving.
- Special orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
- Shipping and Assembly fees are non-refundable.
Online Returns
We want to make sure online returns are as hassle free as possible! Please follow the steps below to request a return and to be issued a shipping label that can be used with the original packaging.
- Please email us at info@basaltbikeandski.com to begin the return process
- Once your return has been authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label that can be printed and taped to the original package.
- Then drop the package off at the appropriate shipping carrier.
- Once we have received the package, we will inspect the gear and issue you a refund if the return is approved.
- After your return has been approved, we will issue you a refund with the cost of the return label deducted automatically.
In-Store Returns
Stop by any BBS Location with your product's original packaging and tags, as well as proof of purchase, for a free and easy return or exchange.
Refunds
- All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment used for the purchase.
- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reach your bank account, please email info@basaltbikeandski.com if you have not received a refund within 5 days of receiving your refund notification email.
- We begin to process all orders immediately after the order has been submits and we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us at info@basaltbikeandski immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
- We reserve the right to collect a restocking fee in the event of an order cancellation which will be deducted automatically from your refund
