Considering the powerful downhill performance, this boot is lightweight for its class at only 1245 grams (size 24). With 60 degrees of movement, the Vega has the largest range of cuff rotation in its class. You will be soaring up the skin track! Simply flip the walk mode switch and you're ready to go! No fumbling with buckles and straps. Additionally, the EZ aluminum buckles offer micro fit adjustments and won't flop around while touring. For long days and multi-day hut trips, you will appreciate the heat moldable Vega liner designed for maximum comfort and warmth.
On the downhill, this 115 progressive flex boot is quick and responsive thanks to the Pebax and Marfram upper cuff. The Grilamid lower and carbon reinforcements make this boot laterally stiff and keeps you out of the backseat when driving big skis down committing lines. You can customize your ideal forward lean with 3 adjustable settings (12°, 14°, or °16). This boot can be used in any MNC binding and has a roomier toe box with a 102.5 mm last.
