Description

The TX Comp is Scarpa's hardest charging Telemark Boot. With a flex rating of 125, these puppies are meant for conquering some big lines. Composed of three different densities of Pebax with the softest in the Bellows that gives you comfort where you need it. While the stiffest Pebax is within the Power beam that gives you torsional rigidity. 

Just like the shell, the cuff is also made up of multiple densities. The stiffest plastic can be found on the power ribs. Connecting the two components is the easy-to-use Power Block Tour ski/walk mechanism. While the four-buckle system lets you dial in the fit of the boot to make you feel locked in. If you are looking for a stout NTN Tele boot to drive big skis, the TX Comp is the boot for you.

This generation of Scarpa Telemark boots really work well for me from a fit standpoint. Right out of the box felt great out on the mountain. Definitely feel the stiffer flex and power as compared to my TX Pros. Will likely do a custom footbed and heat mold on the liner after a little break in period to further dial them on. They are a match made in heaven for my Bishop BMF 3 / Gonzo set up and have made a huge difference for the better in managing the hard snow variable conditions that we sometimes contend with here in the NE/VT. Overall really happy with the boots! Thanks for asking.
