Shimano Deore XT 12 Speed Shifter

The Shimano Deore XT SL-M8100 is a right-hand, 12-speed Rapidfire Plus shifter for XT-level mountain bike drivetrains. It delivers light, precise shifting with a crisp feel at the lever, helping riders find the right gear quickly on technical climbs and fast trails. The main lever can shift multiple gears in one push for rapid changes on steep terrain, and the release lever supports two-way action for thumb or finger operation. I-Spec EV compatibility allows a clean, integrated mount with Shimano brake levers. It pairs with Shimano 12-speed Hyperglide+ drivetrains and XT rear derailleurs.
