The S-Works Crux 5 is a gravel race bike built for riders chasing the top step on mixed-surface courses. The FACT 12r carbon frame weighs 789 grams, and a complete size 56 build comes in at 7.1 kg (15 lb, 10.4 oz). Rider First Engineered construction tunes the layup to each frame size, while a threaded BB, 12x142mm rear thru-axle, flat-mount disc interface, and UDH dropout keep service and compatibility simple. The S-Works FACT carbon fork runs a 12x100mm thru-axle.
Shifting runs on SRAM RED AXS XPLR E1, a 13-speed wireless group paired to a 10-46t cassette and a 40t Quarq power meter crankset for wide gravel range plus on-bike data. SRAM RED E1 hydraulic disc brakes handle stopping front and rear. Roval Terra Aero CLX wheels feature a 27mm internal width and tubeless-ready beads, with 50mm front and 45mm rear depths, spinning on ceramic SINC bearing hubs. Pathfinder 700x45 tubeless-ready tires hold traction across loose gravel and hardpack.
The Roval Terra cockpit integrates bar and stem for a clean front end, finished with an S-Works Power saddle with Mirror and Supacaz Super Sticky Kush tape.
