This 4-piston disc brake from SRAM, the Motive Ultimate (DB-MOTV-ULT-A1), 2000mm hose configuration, gives enduro and trail riders long-run braking control front or rear. The four pistons at 15mm and 16mm build even clamping force for predictable modulation on sustained descents.

SRAM specs the Motive Ultimate with mineral oil, which resists heat fade and keeps bleeds simple. The carbon lever blade pivots on a bearing at the DirectLink lever, and titanium hardware over an aluminum lever body holds weight near 264 grams per end. Sintered Large pads and HS2 or Centerline rotors round out the setup.

The 2000mm hose covers rear routing or long front runs, and the carbon blade with titanium hardware places this at the Ultimate tier atop the Motive family.
