The Kastle TX107 Alpine Touring Ski comes in 171, 179 and 185 cm. A directional shape and long camber section mean it skis close to its measured length; size near your height.
For skins, size off the 131 mm tail on the 185 and use a 140 mm skin trimmed to the ski. Pair it with a pin/tech or hybrid touring binding; a brake of 107 to 117 mm suits the waist.
