Skiing:

  • Depress the toe lever to open pin wings
  • Align boot tech fittings with toe pins using step-in positioners, and apply downward pressure to engage pins
  • To exit binding, depress toe lever to open pin wings and step out

Adjustment:

  • Spring tension - twist red knobs at rear of springs so the white mark is aligned with numbers 1-5, with 1 being 'soft' spring tension and 5 being 'stiff' spring tension

  • Lateral release value - using 3mm allen key, place into red cavity on left side of clear spring box at rear of heel capture assembly. Turn allen key to move left side of black plastic piece to align with tick marks 1-4. Setting 1 is beginner (easy) release, setting 4 is expert (hard) release

  • Adding additional springs - backout the red knobs at rear of springs and remove black springs. Slide the small stainless steel springs inside the black springs, and place the springs back in the spring box and tighten red knob
  • Adding leash cable - insert leash cable eyelet and girth hitch through circular cutout on side of grey aluminum assembly near toe pin wing
