The Black Diamond Women's Recon Stretch Shell is a 4-way stretch hardshell ski jacket built for resort and backcountry days where protection and mobility both need to show up. The BD.dry 3-layer shell runs 84% nylon / 16% elastane and weighs 667 grams, with a 20,000mm waterproof and 20,000 g/m²/24hr breathability rating and a PFAS-free DWR finish. The feature list covers both resort and touring use: chest pocket, two hand pockets, a left-arm lift pass pocket, two internal skin-carrying drop pockets, pit zip vents, a waterproof front zipper, and a ski-helmet-compatible hood. A removable powder skirt adds versatility when conditions switch from groomer to variable sidecountry terrain.
