The Black Diamond Women's Solution 2.0 Jacket is a synthetic insulated jacket designed to cover the warmth gap between a midlayer fleece and a full down piece on cold, windy mountain days. Sixty grams of PrimaLoft Gold insulation fills a windproof, water-resistant recycled polyester shell treated with a PFC-free DWR finish, delivering consistent warmth in wet conditions where down would lose its loft. Two zippered hand pockets and an external chest pocket manage storage, and the jacket stuffs into its own left-hand pocket for compact carry. The slim cut layers cleanly under a hardshell without adding noticeable bulk to the layering system.
