Description
The Blizzard Hustle 10 Alpine Touring Ski is a freeride touring machine designed to slash powder, drop pillow lines, and generally crush any line you can dream up. At 102 underfoot, the Hustler 10 is a versatile, nimble ski that will excel in a huge range of snow. Sitting between the legendary Blizzard Rustlers and the beloved Zero Gs, the Hustles are a goldilocks ski that will leave you hooting and hollering.
Tech Specs
The Blizzard Hustle 10 Alpine Touring Ski is a combination of the legendary Blizzard Rustlers (arguably one of the best freeride lines of all time) and the Blizzard Zero Gs. Blizzard took the characteristics of the Rustlers and applied a lighter base construction to optimize them for touring. The result is a nimble and poppy ski that is still stable enough for massive turns at terminal velocity. At the heart of the Hustles is the TrueBlend Wood core. Designed to optimize the ski's flex pattern, Beech and Poplar are concentrated underfoot with Paulownia interspersed throughout to reduce weight. The resulting on-snow feel is similar to denser freeride wood cores and provides an intuitive and damp platform. The TrueBlend core is reinforced with Carbon Dynamic Release Technology (D.R.T.). This blend of carbon and fiberglass reinforces the underfoot region and provides torsional stiffness for phenomenal edge grip in even the hardest snow. The unique shape of the D.R.T. layer tapers at the tip and tail which provides a softer and more forgiving flex through the tip and tail and provides easy turn initiation and release. The Hustle 10 is a ski for those who believe in the sanctity of the turn and demand a backcountry ski that rips as hard as they do. Finally, there's a ski with zero compromises– a ski that hustles as hard as you do.
