Join Cripple Creek Backcountry on Wednesday, November 11th, at 6 PM at Phat Thai in Carbondale for our 14th Annual Colorado Avalanche Information Center (CAIC) Benefit Party! This is one of our favorite nights of the year, bringing together the Roaring Fork Valley's backcountry skiing, splitboarding, and uphill community to kick off another winter season while supporting an incredible cause.

What started as a gathering of passionate backcountry skiers has grown into one of our longest-running and most anticipated community events. Over the past 14 years, we've raised more than $100,000 for the Colorado Avalanche Information Center, thanks to the generosity of our community, local businesses, industry partners, and everyone who has shown up to celebrate and support avalanche safety.

The CAIC provides the avalanche forecasts, information, and education that help all of us make better decisions in the mountains. Whether you're a lifelong backcountry skier or just getting started, their work is essential to keeping our mountain community informed and prepared.

This year, we're looking to make our biggest impact yet! Come share stories from the mountains, reconnect with old friends, make some new ones, win some sick gear, and help us raise even more money for the CAIC.
